TouchNet initially installs your hosted software, then provides on-going operations, software maintenance, and release management services. We monitor your software 24 x 7. We're there when an immediate reaction is required. All the while, your campus commerce data is secure and protected.

TouchNet Certified DataCenter

Our TouchNet Certified DataCenter, located in a secure location, features built-in redundancy, starting with the most basic of services. Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) protect all equipment and the power feeds to our facility are equipped with backup generators. The Certified DataCenter has multiple Internet connections, each sourced from different providers and carrier offices, and the lines from each connection have separate paths and entry points into the facility. Hardware and networks, too, are set up in redundant configurations to provide minimum risk of downtime.
